Kettlebell workout
Functional Fitness Bootcamp

This small group training class takes place outdoors, utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, bands, and suspension trainers in a wide variety of functional exercises. We start with dynamic stretching and warm up drills, and end with a progressive yoga influenced cool down. The workout itself is different every time: timed circuits/AMRAP/EMOM/tabata etc.. And all exercises can be tailored to meet you where you are at. Dr. Leake and Dr. Rocha are both certified chiropractors AND strength and conditioning specialists, so they are well equipped to provide a safe and effective workout.

Class Schedule: 

Mondays 4:30-5:30pm @ Mission Bay Park

Wednesdays 4:30-5:30pm @ Mission Bay Park

Saturdays 8:00-9:00am @ Kate O Sessions Park
